More pieces of casting or heavier casting could be produced from the equivalent metal liquid, or the melting quantity of metal liquid could be reduced. 
Moulds' volume of casting could be decreased or quantity of casting could be increased from the equivalent weight of casting, save the cost of foundry materials.

How to use 

Figure out the quantity needed of riser sleeves according to the shape, material and size of the castings.  
Choose the proper specification according to the performance and model of riser sleeves. 
Put the riser sleeves into the pouring system based on the feeding techniques.  
Check after pouring, optimize the feeding techniques.  

Packing and Storage

Put in the fixed corrugated carton, and cover with plastic film. 

Handle with care when transportation, avoid shake fiercely and breakage. 

Store indoors, keep away from moisture. 

The shelf life is one year since the production date. The product is still available beyond the shelf life if it passes the re-inspection.
