Characteristics

The characteristics of SiSr Inoculant:

It is mainly used on the inoculation of grey iron casting, which could reduce the condensate depression of casting iron on the max degree and prevent the white casting. 

Compare with other inoculants, the possibility of casting shrinkage porosity is little. The reactivity element content is low, and the slag inclusion is few after inoculation. 

Low aluminum content reduces the possibility of producing the Hydrogen pinhole for casting. 

The quantity needed is few and save cost.

The characteristics of SiSiZr Inoculant:

It is mainly used on the inoculation of grey iron casting, which could reduce the condensate depression of casting iron at the max degree and prevent the white casting. 

Accelerate the uniform distribution of model A graphite. Neutralize the nitrogen. 

Accelerate to form the small graphite flake, thus ensure that the graphite is not easily pulled out during machining. 

Low aluminum content reduces the possibility of producing the pinhole. 

Apply to all grey irons with different sulphur content.

The characteristics of SO Inoculant

It is mainly used on the inoculation of ductile iron casting, and it’s more efficient than common ferrosilicon inoculants. 

Get more graphite nodule and reduce the white casting strongly. 

Decrease the shrinkage porosity easily than other inoculants.

Inoculate on both low-sulfur melted iron and dead melted iron strongly. 

Improve the strength of extension and machining ability of ferrite ductile iron.
