Easy-collapsible No-bake Resin Special for Aluminum Casting

No-bake Resin for Aluminum Casting binder system consists of three parts: Part I Polyalcohol, Part II Polymeric Isocyanate and Part III XC Curing Agent.

How to use

The addition rate of the resin should be 1.2-2.0% (by sand weight) according to the quality of original sand (reclaimed sand) and technical requirements. 
Resin Part I: Resin Part II = (40-60%): (60-40%), 55%:45% is preferred. 
When do the mixture, use curing agent to adjust the stripping time. When the temperature of sand is 30℃, the stripping time is 6-10 minutes without curing agent. 

If use intermittent sand mixer, firstly add catalyst into Part I resin and blend with sand for 1-2 minutes, then add Part II resin into the mixture to blend for another 1-2 minutes evenly. 

If use continuous sand mixer, firstly blend catalyst with Part I resin, then pump Part I and Part II into the sand mixer. 

Core making or molding instantly after mixing, in case of fluidity fall for mixture sticky.
If need get single or small quantity of hand made product, we propose mixture concocted as below:
Firstly concoct catalyst with Part I resin evenly, and then blend with original sand (reclaimed sand) for 1.5-2 minutes evenly.
Add Part II resin into original sand (reclaimed sand) then blend for 1-2 minutes evenly.
Blend the two kinds of mixture together evenly when using.


Packing and Storage

No-bake resin is packed in 200L iron drum with 180kg net weight, or IBC tank with 1000kg net weight. 
Curing agent is packed in 200L iron drum with 200kg net weight. 

Deposited in cool, dry and well-ventilated place, keep away from moisture, fire, heat source and direct sunshine.

When use no-bake resin system, wear protective clothing. If get to body incautiously, rinse by clean water instantly, take medical care if necessary.
