No-bake Furan Resin

SINYE No-bake Furan Resin is a kind of foundry resin produced in accordance with & superior to the industrial standard. It is our earliest and continuously improving key product, as well as one of the earliest trustworthy products.

Characteristics
Better environmental performance, low odor when working, less smoke.  
Excellent fluidity of the mixture, easy for manual or mechanical sand filling, good roughness of casting surface and high dimensional accuracy. 
Excellent hardening properties, easy for demoulding, good thorough-hardening properties, sand core (mold) with excellent normal & high temperature properties.      
Suitable for production of steel, iron and nonferrous castings with excellent quality records. 
Sand core (mold) is easy collapsible, reclaimable and reduces the consumption of original sand.

How to use

Ratio: Original sand (reclaimed sand): Catalyst: Resin=100 : (0.3～0.6) : (0.7～1.5), please match with XY-GS(C) series Sulfonic Acid Catalyst to get the best performance.  

Mixture preparation: add the catalyst into the original sand (reclaimed sand), mix for 10-30 seconds at high speed sand mixer, 30-60 seconds at low speed sand mixer, add the resin then mix for another 30-60 seconds, based on evenly mixed.  

When the mixture preparation is finished, please make the core or the mold immediately to keep the mixture from stiffening, worse fluidity and finally fail to use.



Packing and Storage

Iron drum with 230kg net weight or IBC tank with 1000kg net weight.

Seal tightly, store in shady and ventilated place to avoid heat and direct sunshine.  

Do not mix the resin with catalyst directly, or it will cause a violent reaction, even explosion.
